"NCIS: Los Angeles" is back and the next episode is one to watch out for. 2015 might just be the best year for Callen and Sam as they take on an interesting case, which makes it extra-interesting for the viewers. What is it now? 

In episode 14 airing next week, Callen and Sam will try to stop a bio-terrorism attack that will kill thousands of lives in Mexico. How would they do that exactly? Well, they go undercover as food truck owners. Just reading about it sounds hilarious and fans wouldn't want to miss a minute seeing Callen and Sam wearing aprons, cooking their hearts out and then selling food to customers — all this for the love of their job. 

But apart from the comedic takeaway, episode 14 titled "Black Wind" is very serious at its core. A terrorist is about to create a bioweapon that will take innocent lives, and their safety will actually depend on Callen and Sam. Hopefully, their stint as food truck owners will give them the leads they need to stop the impending doom in Mexico. 

According to Hollywood Hills, the official synopsis reads: "Callen and Sam will head to Mexico undercover as food truck owners to find the source of an anthrax poisoning and prevent a bio-terrorism attack." 

Elsewhere, Carter Matt shared a thing or two about the episode. For one, the site mentioned that the most enjoyable episodes are where Callen and Sam go undercover, which is really true. And second, since it's been a while, this new gig in Mexico should prove to be very entertaining for its viewers. Moreover, "Black Wind" will also shed some light on Kensi and Deeks. 

The site also mentioned that the reference to anthrax could be taken from the game "Mad Libs" as the storyline appears to be "all over the place and insane." 

"NCIS: Los Angeles" started 2015 in a big way. The previous episode featured the first acting gig of Julie Chen. "Black Wind" will air Feb. 2.
