Why, as a disabled woman, I wanted face masks and social distancing to stay
When we hear people voicing their concerns, it would be wiser to listen to those concerns, and include them in future decisions surrounding worship and pastoral care.

Why the silence on disability?
It's good to be addressing diversity but if there's one thing I've noticed, some forms of diversity are more fashionable to follow than others â and that shouldn't be.

Churches, let's not treat our children's workers like they're dispensable
It was sad that at the beginning of the pandemic many employed children's and family workers, and their national advisers, were furloughed - just at the point they were needed most.

Disability-selective abortion says some lives are worth more than others: this must stop
The overall figures for those aborted due to disability have risen in the last year, but even more worryingly, these abortions have often been for minor disabilities and disfigurements. I have friends old and young with some of these conditions, and it fills me with horror that they could have been aborted just for being different.
