World Wrestling Entertainment's (WWE) "Clash of Champions" 2017 will happen later this month. While fans already expect AJ Styles to defend his title against "Modern Day Maharaja" Jinder Mahal, a recent video by WWE surprised fans by revealing that three more championship titles are on the line.

"Clash of Champions" will be a SmackDown event, so only titles for the said blue brand will be fought for in the matchups. The video, posted on WWE's official Twitter account, revealed the three additional matches.

First, Charlotte Flair will have to defend the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship title from Natalya. Second is a Triple Threat match that will involve Baron Corbin defending the WWE United States Championship from Bobby Roode and Dolph Ziggler. A Triple Threat Tag Team match will have WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos defending against The New Day, Shelton Benjamin, and Chad Gable.

Natalya and Charlotte Flair will fight out for the title of the Women's Championship. However, it was rumored that the Riott Squad would be present in "Clash of Champions" 2017. The trio's presence could lead to unpredictable scenarios should they intervene in the match between the two women wrestlers.

Corbin's match against Roode and Ziggler is interesting because Roode and Ziggler already have a feud. Corbin is most usually seen fighting Shinsuke Nakamura and Sin Cara. However, WWE is anticipated to follow a different direction with this matchup.

Meanwhile, The Modern Day Maharaja will fight to regain the WWE Championship from Styles. It seems that Mahal will have to do this by himself, with the Singh Brothers out of the picture.

"Clash of Champions" 2017 will be a pay-per-view event and will be broadcast live on the WWE Network on Dec. 17. It is going to be one of the highlights of WWE December events, paving the way to Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania.
