The "Transformers" movies will continue with four more films to be produced in the next 10 years, as revealed by Hasbro Inc. executive at the MIP Junior Conference 2015.

It has been confirmed by an executive of Hasbro, the toy company who owns the rights for "Transformers," that plans are on its way to produce four more movies in the next 10 years.

Hasbro chief content officer and executive vice president, Stephen Davis, revealed during an interview at the MIP Junior Conference 2015 that people are still going to see "Transformers" movies produced by Hasbro with Paramount Pictures and Michael Bay.

Davis, in his interview, narrated the great experience he had with the writers they tapped to write for the "Transformers" movie.

He said that nine of the best creative writers in the business, headed by academy award winner Akiva Goldman ("A Beautiful Mind"), got together for over a period of three months to plot out what will happen to the "Transformers" movie franchise for the next ten years, which they are also doing for television and digital media.

Although it has yet to be confirmed by the executives at Paramount and Michael Bay, "Transformers 5," which will star Mark Wahlberg, is slated to be released on June 24, 2016.

"So stay tuned, 'Transformers 5' is on its way, and 6 and 7 and 8," according to Davis.

Meanwhile, Davis also talked about "Transformers: Robots in Disguise," the second generation of "Transformers" animated series.

According to Davis, the television show is based on Hasbro's assessment of what their consumers, particularly the kids, liked and didn't like. Davis emphasizes this by saying that "Transformers: Robots in Disguise" is "the first consumer generated series that Hasbro has ever done." He also revealed that the second season of "Transformers: Robots in Disguise" is coming out soon on the Cartoon Network.

Hasbro, which owns over 15,000 brands, launched Hasbro Studios in 2009. They also own Allspark Pictures, Hasbro's own film label, which they launched in 2014.
