The next free expansion for "Titanfall 2" called "A Glitch in the Frontier" will finally arrive next week.
According to the official blog post from EA, the new DLC will come out with a brand-new map that will be known as Glitch. Based on the new map's description, Glitch will be a medium-sized map that was inspired by the home planet of Captain Lastimosa called Harmony. The map was also said to have been made for objective modes.
"Vertical drops and long, twisting paths dominate the environment, perfect for chaining together long wall runs to seamlessly glide across the map," the game developer stated.
The upcoming DLC will also include a Deck Live Fire Map, which features several constricted interior spaces with visible courtyards that can be seen by several drones circling above it.
Also, the game developer revealed that the new multiplayer faction called the M.R.V.N. as well as the Marked for Death game mode will be introduced with the "A Glitch in the Frontier" DLC.
In the new game mode, all the teams will have one player each with a target on their back. Those who were on the opposing team will be assigned to kill the player with a target to earn a point. This will require the team members to defend their comrade while they were targeting the other marked player from the opposing team.
The new DLC will also increase the maximum Gen for Pilots for 100 that will allow them to regenerate, while unveiling new Gen icons for the player's callsign. Each player will receive a new icon for every 10 Gens that they earned.
Other contents of the new free DLC include a new execution as well as the Live Fire mode that will be added to the game's Private Match options.
The new "Titanfall 2: A Glitch in the Frontier" DLC will go live on Tuesday, April 25.
