Lily and Cane's divorce hearing is placed on hold in "The Young and the Restless"

It has long been teased that someone will be dying, and Thursday's episode of "The Young and the Restless" will reveal who it might be. Spoilers indicate that Cane (Daniel Goddard) will be facing quite a scare.

During his divorce hearing with Lily (Christel Khalil), Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) will spot blood on the seat where Juliet (Laur Allen) was sitting. She will suddenly collapse and Charlie will rush to tell Cane and Lily, therefore putting a pause on the divorce proceedings. Juliet will be rushed to the hospital to undergo an emergency surgery. Lily will give Cane updates and he will anxiously wait for any word regarding Juliet's condition.

Even if Juliet has stirred up a lot of trouble, Cane still thinks of her as a friend. He might feel guilty for snapping at her and adding up to her stress. Cane will end up worried that he caused this whole thing.

Lily may point out that Juliet's medical crisis is out of Cane's hands. She might suggest that they should wait for the doctor to tell them about this. Either way, Cane will still feel guilty as he worries about Juliet and the son they are going to have.

While Cane is waiting, the surgeon in charge will work as hard they can, but they will ultimately declare that Juliet is losing a lot of blood. If they do not get the baby out, they will lose both the baby and Juliet. It seems that Juliet is the one who might be dying this week. Things look very dark for them at the moment.

Elsewhere in Genoa City, Dina (Marla Adams) will rip into Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). Dina has been stirring up some trouble lately, and this most recent one will surprise Jack (Peter Bergman). Dina will say that Nikki lost Victor (Eric Braeden), so this gives her a chance to get together with some rich, young man. It definitely seems like Dina is trying to break Jack and Nikki up. Neither Jack nor Nikki will appreciate Dina doing all of this, but they really cannot do much about it for now.

"The Young and the Restless" spoilers reveal that more drama will be coming by Thanksgiving. Naturally, everyone will be tuned into the Newmans and the Abbotts for all the drama. Starting with the Newmans, Victor is still on anything but good terms with Nikki and Nick (Joshua Morrow). Victor kicked his son out of the ranch and Nikki does not want to come back. It is safe to say that they will not be invited to the Thanksgiving dinner, but that will not stop them from coming anyway. Nick and Nikki will crash the dinner and Victor will be furious.

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will step in to mediate the conflict between then. She has been growing closer to Victor recently so she might be able to get him to sit down and be civil towards the two. Being civil just for the holiday surely is not going to be the death of Victor. He will just have to put up with it so his grandkids can enjoy.

As for the Abbotts, the drama will be quite different, but it will still be just as complicated. Now, Jack and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will learn something about Dina. They might find out that she has Alzheimer's or her involvement in the fire that happened at The Underground. Then again, it could be both those things, since they are somewhat connected to each other.

Either way, Jack and Ashley will decide to keep quiet about this to the rest of the family. The two will find some trouble trying to make small talk. Plus, there are Dina's outbursts. There is a chance that she will have another one during the holiday. She might even reveal all these herself.

"The Young and the Restless" airs Mondays to Fridays at 1:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
