The past episodes of "Supernatural" season 13 have brought dead characters back to life, and the upcoming episode 14 is expected to feature a person's grand comeback from the netherworld. Actor Jim Beaver is set to appear in this week's episode, titled "Good Intentions." This time around, his character, Bobby Singer, will lend a helping hand to Jack (Alexander Culvert) and Mary (Samantha Smith) for them to escape from an alternate dimension.
The CW has released the promo teaser for "Supernatural" season 13 episode 14, revealing Beaver's latest stint in the series. To note, his reappearance as Bobby Singer in the show will be a bit different, as the character will be the alternate version in the apocalyptic world. As Jack and Mary are both trapped in this world, they will need someone to help them get out alive, especially that Michael (Christian Keyes) is following their tracks to kill them both. Fortunately for the two, Bob Singer in the apocalyptic world is willing to be their ally and fight alongside them against Michael.
In the original world, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) Winchester are working with Castiel (Misha Collins) in order to open up a portal connecting to the apocalyptic world. However, ironic to the episode title, one of them might not really have a good intention to open a breach as that person is actually trying to sabotage the other two's efforts. Whoever that person may be, it appears that he does not want Lucifer's son, Jack, to make it out of the apocalyptic world.
The previous episode of "Supernatural" season 13 also featured another surprising comeback of a character that the fans thought had died years ago. Episode 13, titled "Devil's Bargain," revealed that the Archangel Gabriel (Richard Speight Jr.) is actually alive and is now imprisoned in one of the cellars of Hell. Asmodeus (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) is planning to use Gabriel to kill Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) once and for all. The demon already has the Archangel blade that is capable of killing off the supreme ruler of Hell, but the weapon requires an Archangel to use it against a powerful demon.
"Supernatural" season 13 episode 14 will air on Thursday, Feb. 15, at 9 p.m. EST on the CW.
