Capcom released two new gameplay trailers for "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" to show fans how to use the weapons and save the game.

The first gameplay trailer was called "Vol. 3 Recorder." This demonstrated how players can save their progress in the game using a cassette tape recorder.

The second trailer, on the other hand, is titled "Vol. 4 Stock Up." It showed that the knife can be a useful tool in the game. Aside from killing the enemy, players can use their knife to open boxes by smashing them just like what the playable character Ethan did to find a handgun ammo within the box found on a garage. It also showed that the knife can be used to rip out the seal of another box.

The two new gameplay trailers came out a week after the game developer unveiled two other videos that teased the possible return of one of the past characters from the "Resident Evil" franchise, as well as the steps to include a shotgun on the players' inventory list.

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" will center on the adventures of Ethan, who found himself in the mysterious plantation property of the Baker family to look for his missing wife.

But unlike the past protagonists of the "Resident Evil" series, Ethan does not have any experience in combat. This could be a challenge for the players, especially since the upcoming game will be the first one to be played using the first-person perspective.

The game studio earlier released a playable teaser for "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard," titled "Beginning Hour," which came out exclusively for PlayStation Plus subscribers in June 2016.

In a report from Express UK, Capcom revealed that the "Beginning Hour" demo had been downloaded more than 3 million times.

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" is slated to be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on Jan. 24, 2017.
