Good news for hard core fans of the Resident Evil franchise as the upcoming Resident Evil 4 re-release will be available in full 1080p HD with an increased frame rate when it comes out on Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

What this would mean for gamers is that they would mean for gamers is that they would be able to enjoy the game in crisper quality making the experience more enjoyable for them.

The original game came out in 2005 for Playstation 2 and was lauded for its characters and gameplay.

According to a report by Trusted Reviews, the remastered version of the game will round up the series of digital re releases Capcom made in 2016 starting with Resident Evil 6 and 5.

"Resident Evil 4 arrives on Xbox One in full 1080p HD with an increased frame rate. This revolutionary masterpiece represents a turning point for the series as it brought the gameplay to a third-person over-the-shoulder perspective for the first time. The game is currently available for pre order from the North American Playstation Store. Fans will be glad to know that along with the game, they will be getting two 20<sup>th anniversary avatars featuring main hero Leon and the Umbrella Corp. logo, all for $19.99, according to Playstation Life, according to Playstation Life.

The European Playstation Store, on the other hand will offer the game on 8.4 GB download.

For Xbox One gamers, the game will include bonus content and will also be available for $19.99 in North America, €19.99 in Europe and £15.99 in the U.K..

Expect the game release on August 30. The digital version of the PS4 unlocks at the exactly 12 am ET.
