Puzzle video game "Q.U.B.E" is getting its second title quite soon. Fans can expect more block-building mechanics controlling them with high-tech gloves. With "Q.U.B.E 2" coming out next week, developer Toxic Games has recently released a short promotional video for the game. Gamers will definitely expect more from those gloves.

Toxic Games' official trailer release for the video has shown some pretty decent footage of the game. At first glance, anyone who has played Valve's "Portal" games would have mistook the game for the latter for a short while until they would have realized it is actually "Q.U.B.E." The game's environment is similar to that of "Portal" especially given its gameplay but it is something entirely different.

Watching the trailer itself, fans can be creative enough to make an educated guess about the game's plot from the scenes of the trailer. The player's character, Amelia Cross, an archaeologist finds herself in a unique world. Like in "Portal" where GLaDOS aids the character, "Q.U.B.E. 2" players will have their own sort of guide over a radio.

Of course, with a protagonist comes an antagonist which, at least on the trailer, is yet to be revealed. The presumably artificial intelligence (AI) voice does say "we know everything, Amelia," and it does not take much to realize that something is definitely up. Before then, players will have to solve the game's puzzles which will definitely get some head-scratching reactions.

"As you explore and solve puzzles to progress, thought-provoking questions about your true purpose and the origins of the structure you are navigating will need to be considered, forcing you to come to terms with a devastating truth that will shake your world," reads the game's description as per PlayStation LifeStyle.

"Q.U.B.E. 2" is coming out next week Tuesday, March 13, 2018. It will be made playable on the PlayStation 4 (PS4), Xbox One and PC via Steam.
