The "My Hero Academy" manga has been out for nearly three years now, while the anime has had its first few seasons. Fans of the franchise will be glad to know that the story is finally getting their first movie ever. Based on the first visual released just recently, the film will apparently feature an all-new character that fans will definitely be seeing more of in the movie.

The teaser visual was posted on Yonkou Production's official Twitter. At first, it creates all the hype the fans have been waiting for, as it appears Class 1-A will be in a classy heroic scene. They are all facing and walking towards something with the words "The Movie Has Come!!" beneath them.

While fans will recognize most of the characters from both the manga and anime, there is one character that stands out. There is an unknown blonde girl in casual clothes, which definitely contrasts with the rest of the class in their superhero outfits. She is placed beside Midoriya in the center of the visual, and as in any film poster with the same context, this should usually mean that the character will play an important role.

As to what that role would be in the movie, the information is completely unknown to the public yet. Given her get up, it does not seem that she has been in the manga or the anime. All fans know is based on a cryptic statement from the manga's creator Kohei Horikoshi. He mentioned, "[T]hat character's past hasn't been in the manga yet."

That said, the movie could be a way for the manga introduce her into the series. The movie itself will be based on an original story. This gives more reason for them to introduce a new character as well.

"My Hero Academia" has gained more and more fans since its release. It has been often described as the next great anime like "One Piece" and "Naruto." With the manga still in progress and the anime already in its third season, fans can definitely expect more content to come in the next years.
