The Miami Dolphins and the San Diego Chargers will go head to head on Sunday in what should be an intriguing match up. The game has a scheduled start time of 4.05 p.m. ET and takes place from the Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. The game can be watched on TV on the CBS network or online through live stream via the link below.

The Chargers are struggling in the basement of the hugely competitive AFC West division. They are the only team in the division with a losing record, but they all want to correct that today with a win that will bring them back to an even record.

San Diego come into today's game on 4-5, chasing the 6-3 Denver Broncos, and 6-2 Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC West. The Oakland Raiders currently sit atop the division with an impressive 7-2 record, meaning even if the Chargers go on an extraordinary run in the final few months of the regular season, it may ultimately end up being a case of too little, too late.

They will be hoping to string some wins together and see their rivals in the division slip up, allowing them to get back into contention to compete at least for second place. Such is the competitiveness of the division this season, and whoever finishes second is likely to pick up a Wild Card spot in the AFC.

The Miami Dolphins meanwhile will be desperate to improve upon their 4-4. They are already unlikely to catch the AFC East topping New England Patriots who are on 7-1, which also means they may be looking more at the Wild Card spots, which means winning games like today are all that more important.

Earlier this week on NFL Thursday Night Football the Baltimore Ravens claimed an easy win over the terrible Cleveland Browns.

That 28-7 result in favor of the Ravens condemned the Browns to their tenth loss of the season, and left them still waiting to taste victory this season.

The Browns will be disappointed somewhat as they managed to go in at half time 7-6 up and surely would have been hoping to keep things tight and try and snatch a close win on the road in Maryland.

However, those dreams were quickly wiped out once the second half started as the Ravens scored 15 unanswered points in the third quarter following by seven more in the final quarter to win 28-7 and move to a 5-4 record.

Even though we could pick apart that game and find all sorts of things wrong with the Ravens performance, they will at least be happy about their defensive work on Thursday night.

Yes, they were only playing the Cleveland Browns - the worst team in the entire NFL this season - but still what they achieved was impressive, and held the Browns to just 144 total yards at just 3 yards per play.

The Ravens secured four sacks through the game, and took away the ball three times.

However, Baltimore will be hoping that quarterback Joe Flacco can improve as the season continues, and his inconsistency is being reflected in all the Ravens' offensive work.

Flacco was better in the second half than the first, and Baltimore will know he must continue to build on that second half showing in the coming weeks if they are to stand a chance at making any significant impact on the postseason.
