Things are slowing down between fashion icon Kendall Jenner and Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin. It was confirmed that there was never a long-term commitment between the two and that their relationship is taking a break.

Jenner and Griffin first made entertainment news headlines back in August 2017 after being spotted together in Hamptons. The pair were then reported to be dating in October, and Jenner was later seen attending some of Griffin's basketball games to cheer on. Back in December last year, Jenner was photographed wearing Griffin's jacket after attending the latter's comedy show in Hollywood.

The same, however, cannot be said for January 2018. An E! News source confirmed that Jenner and Griffin "were never serious." The source said, "They were hanging out but both knew that it wasn't going to be a long-term exclusive relationship. They are still in contact and hangout here and there when they are both in town because they truly have a lot of fun together. Kendall always says that Blake makes her laugh and that's why she loves being around him."

Another source told E! News that Jenner is not looking for anything serious at the moment to keep up with her agendas. Jenner seems to be focusing on her career in modeling and fashion. The social media mogul has been appearing in a few magazines like V Magazine and Bazaar.

Griffin also has his hands full with the half of the NBA 2017-2018 season. The Clippers are currently ranked at number 9 in the Western Conference. The NBA All-Star weekend is closing in, but looks like Griffin will not get much time on the floor when the East and West clash in February.

Both Jenner and Griffin have not commented on the news about their relationship slowing down.
