
Justin Bieber appeared before a Miami judget earlier today on charges of driving under the influence and resisting arrest.
A judge set the bail for the pop star at $2,500.
Bieber appeared before the judge via a live video stream from the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami, Florida.
Bieber was arrested early Thursday morning at about 4 a.m. after he was pulled over for speeding up to 60mp on a residential street in Miami Beach. He was driving a yellow Lamborghini while singer Khalil was driving a red Ferrari.
According to Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez, Bieber "made some statements that he had consumed some alcohol, and that he had been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication."
The 19-year-old pop star arrived in Miami on Monday morning.
