Based on a sneak peek at the upcoming episode, titled "All Eyez on Me," Callie Torrez (Sara Ramirez) will remind Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington), Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson), and Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) to follow Owen Hunt's (Kevin McKidd) advice to put their best foot forward as they perform an operation at the military hotel.

The teaser shows that the welcoming party in the military hospital will be happy to see them in their facility. But it will not be the case when surgical oncology doctor and military major Will Thorpe (Scott Elrod) arrives.

"I'm Sargeant Carson's surgeon," the military doctor tells the Grey Sloan team in the clip. "And you are... the dream team? ... You're here to make my patient a guinea pig."

Bailey will try to be respectful in dealing with Dr. Thorpe, explaining that the procedure that they are about to perform will be very risky. But Callie will snap at how he doubts the team's capabilities.

"Major Thorpe, your chief asked for our help because he knows we're the best. Now you called us the dream team, and that's exactly what we are. We are miracle workers. Now, the sooner you recognize that, the sooner we can get to the business of saving a life," Callie said.

But can the team really prove their worth to Dr. Thorpe and everyone in the military hospital?

Meanwhile, a relationship drama is brewing back in Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, according to the synopsis for the upcoming episode.

Andrew Deluca (Giacomo Gianniotti) is starting to get tired of his situation with Maggie Pierce (Kelly McCreary) since they have to hide their relationship. Ben Warren (Jason George), on the other hand, will make a hasty surgical decision while normal situation in the emergency room of the hospital will be disrupted by a group of cheerleaders.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode 13 airs Thursday, March 10, on ABC.
