Could the grim reaper be coming for Nelle (Chloe Lanier)? "General Hospital" spoilers hint that she may be on her way to pushing daisies after everything that has happened.

It is safe to say that Nelle has made quite a number of crazy and unforgivable things, but perhaps threatening Michael (Chad Duell) into doing and giving her what she wants for the sake of her and their child might be the last straw.

Going back to the very beginning, everyone in the Corinthos household welcomed Nelle in with open arms after they learned that she saved Josslyn (Eden McCoy) by donating one of her kidneys. However, that impression changed instantly when she revealed herself to be Carly's (Laura Wright) adoptive sister and drugged Sonny (Maurice Benard) to make him think that he slept with her.

Those things can be easily overlooked, but Nelle falling pregnant, if she really is pregnant, is something much bigger and permanent. Carly even resorted to turning to Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) to alter the DNA results, so Michael would never know if he was the father of the child or not. This led Sonny to suggest that he will handle the situation. Knowing who Sonny is in Port Charles, that means someone will have to come bring a shovel along when he's done.

So, considering the chance that Nelle will wind up dead, a lot of suspects will come into question. Carly and Sonny's motives are already known, so they can be left out for now. Ava (Maura West) could also be a suspect in this scenario. She will do anything just to be on good terms with Sonny again in order to spend time with her daughter.

Nina (Michelle Stafford) is also another candidate. She has been trying to have a child of her own and she is a good stepmother to Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez), but of course, like the people previously mentioned, she does not like Nelle.

Nina might not be able to put up with the fact that someone like Nelle could have a child. To her, Nelle just sees her little one as a way to hop on the gravy train. This could get Nina to turn to Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) for help. Valentin does not like Nelle just as much as Nina, most certainly after Nelle tried to blackmail them. However, both are known to be very cunning so a team effort would not be as necessary.

Then again, there is also Ned (Wally Kurth). As unlikely as it may seem, Ned has been fixated on the Quartermaine fortune. It has been revealed that Drew (Billy Miller) is a Quartermaine and Oscar (Garren Stitt) is his son too, so that adds up even more. If Michael and Nelle bring another heir, Ned might snap.
