PlayStation Plus members are in for a treat this December. Recently, Sony released the line-up of free games coming to the different PlayStation consoles this holiday season.

Owners of the PlayStation 4 could get their hands on "Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition." An action-roleplaying game (RPG) that was originally released in 2012, "Darksiders II" tells the story of the four horsemen of the apocalypse and an ancient grudge that threatens the existence of the world.

The Deathinitive Edition pack includes all of the downloadable content which adds up to 30 hours of extra gameplay. It also features fixed loot distribution, improved graphics, better lighting, and an HD graphics upgrade for the latest gen consoles.

PS4 owners who are looking for a more light-hearted fun will be glad to know that, aside from "Darksiders," fighting game "Kung-Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends" and colorful Metroidvania adventure game "Forma 8" will also be coming to the console.

"Kung-Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends" was initially released in 2015. The game is a 2D fighting game. The fighting game is similar to Tekken and its predecessors, but less violent and more child-friendly.

Meanwhile, "Forma 8" will bring the players to an alien planet. The protagonist will be separated from his or her companions. To be victorious, the players must complete their mission to recover the lost energy source at all costs. The game is visually stunning despite its simple graphics.

Moreover, PS Plus members who own a PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Vita are also in for a treat this December. For one, the anime-inspired visual novel "Xblaze Lost: Memories" and fantasy adventure game "Syberia" are coming to the PS3, while top-down, sci-fi action game "Wanted Corp" is coming to the PS Vita as well.

The PS Plus December line-up will be available for download starting Dec. 5. Until then, PS Plus members who have not gotten their hands on the November line-up are still given a chance to enjoy the freebies during the holiday season.
