Christian recording artist Chris Tomlin has had a tremendous year, garnering awards for Billboard's year-end Top Male Christian Artist of 2015 and third best artist overall (with Hillsong United and MercyMe taking the two top spots). However, in the midst of all the success, Tomlin expressed that he feels conflicted about talking about his success.

"When I play a concert at a place like Madison Square Garden, I'm never over-confident; in fact to the contrary, normally I am actually scared to death," Tomlin expressed in his interview with Billboard. "I'm just a guy from a small East Texas town, so I often think how this entire career is something amazing that God has done for me."

Tomlin is currently on a nine-venue tour for his latest Christmas album, "Adore", which is the Christian artist's second Christmas-themed record. In 2009, Tomlin released "Glory in the Highest: Christmas Songs of Worship," a 12-track album that was nominated for Christmas Album of the Year at the 41st GMA Dove Awards.

"Adore: Christmas Songs of Worship" was produced by Six Steps Records and Sparrow Records and recorded in Ocean Way studio. The album has 11 tracks, and currently has a customer rating of 4.5 stars in iTunes. Tomlin says that the goal of the record is to give Christmas back to the true reason of celebration, the birth of the Savior.

Tomlin is one of christian contemporary music's leading artists and activists today, his 2005 album "Arriving" selling over 500,000 copies worldwide. "Holy Is the Lord" and "How Great Is Our God" are some of Tomlin's most famous compositions and is being sung by millions of Christians in thousands of churches across the world.

Recently, Tomlin's "Good, Good Father" and "Noel" became his 22nd and 23rd top 10 entries, making him the all-time leader in terms of number of songs to enter a top ten list. The record was previously held by Casting Crowns who had 22.
